Each member brings unique experience, compassion, and purpose to the work we do, but we are connected by one mission: to support individuals, families, and communities in becoming healthier, stronger, and more empowered.

Nakisha Hall, LPC

Nakisha Hall, LPC, is the CEO of You Are Enough Counseling and More, PLLC and the visionary CEO of the Whole Person Wellness Collective, where she leads with compassion, purpose, and a deep commitment to holistic healing. She is the author of two transformative works—a gratitude journal and self-care book titled You Are Enough Toolbox, and her empowering book Finally Free—each created to guide individuals toward self-worth, emotional wellness, and personal renewal.

Nakisha is a proud graduate of the University of Houston–Clear Lake, earning her degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (2021) before becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She currently serves as a Senior Clinician, where she provides advanced clinical services where mental health and substance abuse are major concerns.  

Nakisha also mentors  clinicians and graduate students through the You Are Enough Institute for Mentoring and Coaching on acknowledging self work building confidence, resolving internal conflict and realizing that they are enough. She allowed them to see where they are as well as identify any imposter syndrome traits that they might have. This is a six week program that is a virtual program where she’s able to mentor  in all 50 states

Over  the years Nakisha has received multiple awards recognizing her excellence, dedication, and impact in her community. Her community-focused work has earned her formal recognition from the Honorable Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee for outstanding service. She was also honored in Who’s Who of America 2025, highlighting her leadership, advocacy, and contributions to the field of mental health and wellness.

Founder

Frederick Waggoner, LPC

Director of Mental Health Empowerment, Cofounder

Frederick is a mental health professional with over two years of experience supporting adults in clinical, correctional, crisis, and community-based settings. In his current role as a Sober Court Master Level Clinician with Harris County Parole and Supervision, he provides individual counseling and psychoeducational group counseling using Cognitive Behavioral Intervention. His work helps clients build healthier coping skills, increase accountability, and move toward long-term stability.

His professional background includes experience with the Neuro Psychiatric Center, the Harris County Jail Mental Health Unit, and the Crisis Residential Unit. During their time with The Harris Center, he provids crisis counseling to individuals experiencing trauma, medication non-compliance, homelessness, and co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns.

With a compassionate and structured approach,,Frederick is committed to meeting clients where they are while helping them move toward healing, recovery, and meaningful change. His work is rooted in clinical knowledge, advocacy, and a strong belief in whole-person wellness.

He earned a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Carson-Newman University, a CACREP-accredited institution. Their academic and professional achievements include training in Christian counseling, induction into the Gamma Phi Society, membership in Chi Sigma Iota Counseling Academic & Professional Honor Society International, and credentials as an NCC and LPC.

Rosalyn Norwood-Williams, LPC-Associate

Rosalyn Norwood-Williams serves as the Director of Marketing for Whole Person Wellness Collective, where she brings together creativity, purpose, advocacy, and a deep passion for mental health and community wellness. In her role, Rosalyn supports the organization’s mission by helping share meaningful resources, promote community events, strengthen outreach, and create messaging that reflects healing, empowerment, and whole-person care.

Rosalyn is the owner of Rebuild Within Counseling and Wellness PLLC, a private counseling practice dedicated to helping individuals rebuild from within through compassionate, client-centered support. As an LPC-Associate, she is passionate about working with adults navigating trauma, stress, anxiety, life transitions, emotional wellness, and personal growth. Her counseling approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and the belief that healing is not about becoming someone completely new, but learning how to rebuild securely from within.

A graduate of Walden University with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Rosalyn is also a National Certified Counselor and a proud U.S. Army veteran. Her background in military service, healthcare administration, counseling, and advocacy gives her a unique perspective on resilience, representation, and the importance of accessible mental health support.

Rosalyn is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration at Oklahoma State University, where she continues to grow her knowledge in leadership, healthcare systems, and community-centered care. Whether through counseling, marketing, education, or advocacy, Rosalyn is committed to creating spaces where individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered on their wellness journey.

Tonya McConico

Tonya McConico is a Spiritual Director dedicated to creating safe, sacred, and reflective spaces where individuals can slow down, listen deeply, and encounter God in personal and meaningful ways. She walks alongside others during seasons of transition, discernment, healing, and spiritual growth, offering a calm and compassionate presence rooted in prayerful listening.

With more than 15 years of experience in church leadership, youth mentorship, and community care, Tonya brings wisdom, humility, and genuine care to her work. She believes God is already present and active in each person’s story, and her role is to help individuals notice, name, and nurture that sacred movement in their lives.

Through one-on-one spiritual direction, group sessions, prayer gatherings, and reflective workshops, Tonya offers a nonjudgmental and culturally aware space for people to explore their relationship with God at their own pace. Her desire is to help others experience clarity, peace, renewed hope, and a deeper connection to God’s presence.

Kenyetta Chatman, LPC-A

Kenyetta Chatman is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate based in South Carolina and holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She serves as the Director of Future Leaders for Mentoring and Advocacy for South Carolina, where she is dedicated to supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate life, develop confidence, find their voice, and discover who they are.

Kenyetta is passionate about walking alongside individuals through seasons of healing, growth, and self-discovery. In addition to her work with youth and young adults, she also provides talk therapy services for adults, offering compassionate support across the lifespan.

Guided by empathy, integrity, and empowerment, Kenyetta creates a supportive space where individuals feel heard, valued, and encouraged. Her work is rooted in genuine care, connection, and a commitment to helping others move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Angela Eggins Jackson

Angela Eggins Jackson is a purpose-driven leader, community advocate, and visionary committed to growth, impact, and service. Guided by faith, resilience, and strong family values, she believes in the power of perseverance and the ability to achieve anything with intention and determination. As a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Angela draws strength from her life experiences and uses them to uplift others.

Her passion for empowerment led her to found Jadda’s Services, where she provides workshops, education, mentorship, and support to individuals seeking growth and healing. Angela has also demonstrated exceptional leadership through her work with PSBE, serving as Treasurer and President. Through every role, she remains dedicated to inspiring others, building meaningful connections, and creating lasting change in her community.

Niisha Lewis

Niisha Lewis serves as the Director of Resources and Research, bringing a strong foundation in faith-based counseling, holistic wellness, community service, and organizational support. She is currently pursuing a degree in Business Management at Prairie View A&M University and holds a Doctorate in Theology, along with a Master’s degree in Biblical Counseling from Pentefaith Biblical Studies Institute.

Niisha is also trained in holistic practices with a specialization in women’s health. Her background allows her to approach wellness from a whole-person perspective, honoring the connection between mind, body, and spirit while helping ensure individuals and communities have access to meaningful and supportive resources.

With more than 20 years of experience serving alongside community organizations, Niisha is passionate about using her education, training, and lived commitment to provide accurate, impactful, and accessible resources. Her work is rooted in service, compassion, and a desire to support healing, wellness, and empowerment for the whole person.
